September 8 - Enjoy a Standing Nature Meditation

Today our suggestion is to try another form of meditation that involves taking off your shoes, socks, or hosiery and standing barefoot on the earth - it could be soil, sand, or grass.

Find a spot where you can remain standing comfortably for a few moments. Wiggle your toes, feel the energy of the ground beneath you. Breathe deeply to draw that power upward into your body.

Allow the peaceful spirit of nature to soothe and revive you.

Thought for Today

I stand barefoot outside in nature. I close my eyes, breathe deeply, and draw in natural energy. I am completely connected to my environment in all ways. I take time for myself today.
